Hospitality Design
Memorable places with an effortless guest experience.
A clear starting point
We design intimate hotels and shared spaces around the daily flow of guests and staff. We begin by listening and making a measured assessment of the existing space. Your priorities become a written brief that guides each later decision.
Design with you
We share drawings, material samples and realistic options at agreed stages. Each review has a purpose: first to establish the plan, then to resolve the details that affect comfort, cost and buildability.
What we deliver
- Guest journey and operational brief
- Room and public area layouts
- Durable finish and lighting selections
- Furniture procurement schedules
Working together
A named project lead stays with your project throughout. Before work starts, we agree the scope, fee, schedule and approval points in writing. Additional work is discussed before it is commissioned.
A considered handover
Our final review checks the work against the agreed design. We leave you with practical information about materials, fittings and the decisions made along the way.
Before we begin
How do we start a project?+
Send a short description of your space, location and goals. We arrange an initial conversation, then prepare a written scope and fee proposal before you decide whether to commission us.
What budget should I allow?+
Budgets vary with the size, condition and scope of a space. We separate professional fees, construction, furniture and contingency so you can see the whole picture. A consultation is useful before setting a final budget.
How long does the design take?+
A single-room design usually needs six to eight weeks after the survey. Whole-home work and planning applications take longer. We agree a realistic programme and decision dates at the outset.
Can you work with furniture I already own?+
Yes. We record the pieces you want to keep and incorporate them into the layout and palette. Reusing well-made furniture often makes a room more personal and reduces unnecessary replacement.
Do you offer remote consultations?+
We offer video consultations for concept advice and design review. A complete construction package normally requires a measured survey and local site coordination, which we discuss before accepting the commission.
Do you order furniture or take payment online?+
This template demonstrates a design enquiry workflow. It does not take payments or place orders. For a commissioned project, procurement responsibilities and payment terms are agreed in a separate written appointment.
