Park Residence

The brief

A considered apartment renovation overlooking a mature London square. The project began with a measured survey, an honest discussion of the budget and a room-by-room record of what the clients wanted to keep.

The challenge

Our clients wanted the apartment to work as well for quiet reading as for extended family dinners. We kept the original room proportions, restored the window reveals and designed built-in walnut storage around a small art collection.

Our response

A curved sofa gives the living room an easy central focus. Fabric samples were reviewed in daylight, so the finished palette stays warm even when the sky is grey.

Materials and lasting value

We worked with a small set of materials, reviewed full-size samples and resolved junctions before site work began. The finished space is easy to maintain and adaptable as its occupants’ needs change.

From drawing to handover

Our team coordinated lighting, joinery and furnishing schedules with the contractor. A final walk-through and a clear care guide completed the work.
